NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS ON COMPULSORY REDEMPTION
Dear Shareholder,
We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of KBC Bonds (the “SICAV”) has decided, in accordance with Article of 8 of the Articles of Association and the Prospectus, to execute a compulsory redemption with regard to all shares that were invested in through KBC Towarzystwo Funduszy lnwestycyjnych S.A. (PKO TFI), GAMMA TFI or any other Polish distributor (“Compulsory Redemption”) in the following sub-funds:
- KBC Bonds Corporates Euro
- KBC Bonds Corporates USD
- KBC Bonds Emerging Europe
- KBC Bonds Emerging Markets
- KBC Bonds High Interest
- KBC Bonds Inflation-Linked Bonds
This Board decision is based on the consideration that the retention of these investors is no longer supported by the captive business model adopted by the SICAV and its management company, KBC Asset Management NV, notably distribution via KBC intermediaries in core countries only.
In accordance with the Prospectus, the price at which the shares are redeemed shall be equal to the net asset value of the relevant shares at 24 March 2025 (“Effective Date”), without charge of any exit fee. The payment will be executed no later than three (Luxemburg) banking business days after the Effective Date. The costs of the publication and other formalities will be born by the Management Company, KBC Asset Management NV.
As from the close of business on the Effective Date, the relevant shareholder shall cease to be a shareholder of the SICAV and his or her name will be deleted from the register of shareholders.

This notice is sent via registered letter to the last address entered in the register of shareholders and will be published on the website www.kbc.be/documentation-investissements.
The prospectus, the Articles of Incorporation, the Key Information Documents as well as the audited annual report and, if subsequently published, the unaudited semi-annual report are available free of charge at the registered office of the management company KBC Asset Management NV or on the internet site www.kbc.be/kid as well as with the financial service providers and/or paying agents and/or information agents of KBC BONDS. In Austria, these documents are available free of charge in English respectively German (Key Information Documents) from Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkasse AG, Am Belvedere 1, A-1100 Wien.
